The scheme aims to decongest the worsening traffic condition in the locality, he said.

The color-coding scheme also aims to identify colorum vehicles plying routes in Boracay, the mayor said.

"I also ordered the moratorium on vehicles coming to Boracay for two months. This means that new vehicles entering Boracay will be strictly regulated," Yap said.

The moratorium for vehicles entering Boracay is expected to last for two months, he said.*PNA
