The woman is 25 years old and resident of Brgy. Dungon-B, Jaro, Iloilo City while the man is 28 years old of Brgy.  Sto. Tomas, Barotac Viejo, Iloilo.

The woman, who is married to someone else, is said to be working at an office, which the police chose not to divulge while the man claimed to have a brother who is working with the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) field office in Bacolod City.

According to Mercurio Sabli-I of RSVP Security Agency and deployed at Andok’s security guard, their OIC store manager Rowel Apurga personally caught the couple.

Prior to that, several customers complained to the management after it took them so long to line up to use the restaurant’s comfort room.

When Apurga checked, he discovered the couple in a compromising sexual situation.

The restaurant immediately reported the incident to the La Paz Police Station.

However, a police investigator of La Paz PNP said that the case of grave scandal was not pursued against the couple after they have reached a settlement with the Andok’s management.

A month ago, a man and his alleged gay lover were also reported “doing it” while inside the same restaurant and in the same spot.

Police claimed that “Alias Michael” of Tapaz, Capiz and his homosexual friend, “Alias Tiyo Paeng" of Lapuz, Iloilo City were allegedly caught in the act of having “oral sex.”

Sabli-i noticed that the occupant of the cubicle took longer than usual in using the toilet to relieve himself and there was already a number of customers waiting in line.

The guard knocked on the door and when no one answered, he peeped in a hole and discovered that the cubicle had two occupants.

He claimed that “Alias Tiyo Paeng" was kneeling in front of “Alias Michael” while performing a sexual act.

The management immediately called for the arrest of the suspects and had them turned over to police authorities.

Despite the guard’s positive assertion, the two denied that there was something illicit or immoral that happened.*
