RAPED TEEN SURVIVES 21 STAB WOUNDS

A 19 year-old student survived after she was raped, hacked and robbed by two men while on her way home on board a tricycle to Brgy. Lawaan, Roxas City, Capiz.

Reports said the victim was allegedly on board a tricycle when the driver’s companion pointed a screw driver to her before she was brought to a dark area.

Police said the two men took turns in raping the victim. Not contented, the two hacked the victim with a screw driver. Not satisfied still, the two also reportedly took the victim’s cell phone and cash.

The victim was immediately brought to a near hospital after a tricycle driver passing by the area saw her.

She sustained 21 stab wounds and is still confined at the hospital.

One of the suspects identified as Jessie dela Cruz was later apprehended by responding police officers and now at the custody of Roxas City Police Station.*

In Manila have the same case, a victim riding a tricycle was raped and robed and stabbed with a screw driver. Unfortunately the victim in Manila died. Are our policemen the PNP as a whole do know this crime happens, what are they doing? With the PNP chief, will our students will be safer on the streets. Act to prevent not just act and when the victim is dead. To just do the talking in front of media.
