A public official in the 5th District was heard saying that the municipality of Sara is taxing businesses so much that some decided to transfer to the town of Balasan. It was also alleged that a big liner company plans to avoid passing the Sara route and instead pass through Concepcion and San Dionisio towns in order to avoid the high taxes.
