KALIBO – The purchasing power of peso in Aklan was pegged at P0.75 from September to October, this year, the National Statistics Office (NSO) reported.

This means, according to the NSO, that a peso (P1) in 2006 is worth seventy-five (P0.75) in September and October, this year, or the same basket of goods and services worth P75 in 2006 was bought at P100 in the said two successive months.
