Did his inefficiency as a government employee push him to resort to snatching?
Rodolfo Longno, 36, identified as suspect for a number of snatching incidents in Iloilo City allegedly served as a casual employee of the city government.
Longno, now facing overlapping cases of robbery and a criminal case for violating Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 is presently detained at the lock-up cell of the Iloilo City Police Station 1.
Longno has worked for six months and was assigned at the City Library.
However, he was allegedly axed from his job due to absences. Instead of Rodolfo, the suspect also used James as his name during his service.
The suspect was arrested last week in his residence at Brgy. Pregreso, La Paz.
Longno was alleged as the suspect in almost 20 cases involving motorcycle-riders in the city.*
