ROXAS CITY, Capiz – Three government information officers from Capiz were among the “Best Performing Information Officers” in the region.

They are Fire Officer 2 Marlon Garbo of the Roxas City Bureau of Fire Protection, SPO1 Donna Asmod of the Philippine National Police Provincial Office and Capiz Provincial Press Bureau Chief Eduardo Basilonia.

The three, who are members of the Capiz Association of Government Public Information Officers (CAGPIO), were awarded in a ceremony by Secretary Sonny Coloma of the Presidential Communications Operations Office last December 7, in Talisay City, Negros Occidental.*
