SAN JOSE, Antique – An alleged drug pusher was arrested by police operatives evening of December 15 here.

Arrested was Manolo Cerdon, alias Nol, 49 years old of Turko St., Brgy. Madrangca, of this town, after he allegedly sold one heat-sealed sachet containing suspected shabu to a poseur buyer.

Chief Inspector Norby Escobar said Cerdon is not a native of Antique and has a dual postal address, one in San Francisco Del Monte, Quezon City and another in Sooc, Arevalo, Iloilo Ctiy.

Police said the suspect has been allegedly going to and from the province because his girlfriend lives in Antique, at the same time, allegedly selling pre-ordered drugs to selected customers whose payments were made in a certain remittance center.

Cerdon was detained at San Jose detention cell for proper disposition of his case.*Charmie Rose Girado-Maza
