SAN JOSE, Antique – To help in the intensified police operations against lawlessness, 50 police officers 1 were assigned to the Antique Provincial Police Office.
In a news release, APPO said the 50 additional forces from the Police Regional Office 6 were augmented to the present police force in the province.
APPO said this is in line with the utilization of the personnel of Regional Public Safety Battalion 6 in undertaking a concerted effort and intensifying law enforcement operations, aggressive anti-criminality campaign and public safety services.
The police personnel were formally received by the APPO in a ceremony held on May 17, 2012.
These additional troops is a big help to the move and shoot capability of Antique police force and will surely boost the security measures in ensuring the peace and order in the province of Antique" said Senior Superintendent Ruperto Floro Jr., APPO Director.
The police personnel were deployed to be member of the Antique Provincial Public Safety Company and assigned to advance security command posts in the province.
