ROXAS CITY, Capiz – The Home Development Mutual Fund, or Pag-IBIG Fund, urged unregistered or delinquent employers to register in the agency and avail of its benefits and services.
Pag-IBIG-Capiz announced that it will condone penalties of delinquent and unregistered employers from January to June 30, 2012.
The penalty condonation program is applicable to unregistered and delinquent employers and employers who have employees covered by Pag-IBIG but failed to collect membership contributions from them.
To date, Pag-IBIG visits different target employers that have either failed to collect membership contribution or those that are not yet registered.
Pag-IBIG also targets to reach different associations, like the Home Owners Association and similar entities to reach the aim of Universal Pag-Ibig Coverage based on Republic Act 9679, otherwise known as the Home Development Mutual Fund Law of 2009 or the Pag-IBIG Fund.
Pag-IBIG Capiz said the penalty condonation program seeks to protect the interst of members and provide employers practicable means to settle their membership contribution arrears.
On the other hand, the program likewise calls for delinquent employers to comply by registering their employees to the Pag-Ibig Fund for them to be given access to the benefits accorded by the agency.*PIA

Comments
I would like to make a follow-up regarding my father's PAG-IBIG membership. He was working in Manila when he started to be a member of this mutual development fund. It was on the year between 1989-1992.
I am from Cebu. What will be the best step regarding this matter?
Thank you and God bless.
