Le Soliel de Boracay is a hotel located at Station Two near the beach front.

Together with fellow mediamen who attended the launching of Project Zero, an initiative of Smart Communications in partnership with Gawad Kalinga in Sooc Arevalo and Ilonggo designer PJ Arañador, April 17-19, we arrived at the place noon time and were welcomed by the friendly hotel staff.

Cold drinks were being served while we were waiting for our room number.

The room where we stayed is spacious and equipped with air condition, telephone, television set, closet, safety deposit box, and mini bar. Paintings perched on the wall created a relaxing ambiance. It has a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. It also has hot and cold shower.

The hotel has 44 Mediterranean-inspired rooms. The three-storey building is painted with white that is refreshing to the eyes which added to the relaxing feel of the place. Ornamental plants being hung provide shade from the direct heat of the sun.

It also has a gym for those who are fond of workout offering enough facility to cater to the guests.

The hotel serves buffet breakfast from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. with a wide array of sumptuous menu to choose from. Fresh fruits and juices are also served. In the evening the hotel serves dinner buffet at the beach front.

And for those who want to bring home some souvenir items from the hotel, a special souvenir shirt is available at the gift shop. A medicine kit is made available and their doctors are on call 24 hours in case of emergency.
