Rodelyn Pineda, 45, married, of Sitio Bliss, Barangay Jalaud Norte, Zarraga, Iloilo was arrested Thursday night by the members of the Zarraga Police Station.

Suspect was caught in the act collecting bet money for illegal number game of daily double.

Recovered from her possession were one stub of cotejos, one black ball pen and bet money amounting to P120.00.

A case was filed against the suspect in IS number VI-II-INQ-13A-0015 on Friday afternoon.*PRO6

Celestino Arzaga, 42, and a minor both of Barangay 4, Bacolod City was arrested Saturday afternoon at Libertad Public Market, Barangay 40, Bacolod City by the members of the Bacolod City Police Station 6.

Suspects were caught playing Cara Y Cruz.

Recovered from their possession were three pieces coins and bet money amounting to P40.00.

Arzaga is detained at Bacolod City Police Station while minor was turned over to Department of Social Welfare and Development, Bacolod City.*PRO6

A warrant of arrest was served against Rainhart Colango, 23, of  Purok Riverside, Barangay Banago, Bacolod City Saturday night by members of the Bacolod City Police Station 3. 

The suspect fired his firearm wherein one of them identified as PO1 Christian Lee Genovea was hit on his left hand and right leg.

PO1 Genovea was able to draw his firearm and shot the suspect on his right leg.

PO1 Genovea was rushed to Our Lady of Mercy Specialty Hospital for treatment while suspect was brought to Doña Corazon Locsin Memrorial Hospital, Lacson St., Bacolod City.

Recovered from the suspect’s possession were a caliber .30 revolver containing five fired cartridges cases and one live cartridge case inside its chamber and one  kitchen 14-inch kitchen knife.*PRO6
