A website visitor commented to our news "Roxas City nabs 109 'no smoking' ordinance violators": Now there's a joke. Charging people for smoking. What are they doing about all the buses, trucks, jeeps and tricycles that incessantly belch out blue fumes that poison our bodies and environment to a greater extent than second hand smoke ever will. Apparently nothing! Too big a problem? Or too many votes involved?

Why not concentrate on that massive source of pollution rather than the few addicts that still mock the rules, surely the government got its priorities wrong here?
